Laurence Vanhee

She has over 20 years of successful experience in HR strategy and transformation as a member of executive committees in several sectors, from public sector to stock listed companies.

Her last position was HR Director / Chief Happiness Offficer of the Belgian Social Security Ministry, a multi-awarded organisation pioneering the Hybrid World of Work which inspired many organisations worldwide, far before the COVID crisis.

Laurence launched her entrepreneur career in 2013, in consulting and corporate hospitality business.

Her mission is now to contribute to develop a world of work whose sustainable performance results from the happiness at work of its actors. Laurence has been awarded in 2012 as HR Director of the year in Belgium and is acknowledged in 2020 as one of the Top 51 World Inspiring Leaders in Happiness at Work. Laurence is also speaker, author, independent director, Professor of Leadership in the Marketing MBA of Ho Chi Minh City Open University (Vietnam) and is an expert at the USJ Professional Training Center.
